No, don't use makeup and cover them up. This would just cause your pores to be cloged again and you will once again have acne like before. My suggestion to you is cut lemon and rub it on the spots. They will soon fade. Good luck

They will fade over time. In the meantime, you can use makeup to cover that up. Make sure to use good products so you don't exacerbate an acne problem. I suggest seeing a professional and one of the upscale departments stores to show you how to effectively cover the spots without caking on make up.
