yes its unhealthy lol - no matter how its burnt tobacco is not good for you

that being said smoking out of a hookah has some benefits and some negatives

since you are smoking out of a water filtered device it removes the paper which contains some carcinogens but there have been recent studies that the filtration is not as effective leading to larger ammounts of particles in your lungs which can be significantly worse for you as well

Yeh it is quite unhealthy, and it is worser than cigarettess. It is approximately 100 times worser than cigarettes.
