Question: Its not acne I don't think because I never get that. I have little red bumps (that are sometimes itchy) on my forehead. I just woke up and they were there.

Don't let them scare you! I've had that before, and mine was from an insect bite somehow in my sleep. I have no idea how it got in my room though!
