What should you do if you get food poisoning????!

Question: i've had food poisoning twice and each time it made me violently vomit until everything was out. The smell was so bad that I continued to dry heave. Once that stopped it felt like I was kicked in the stomach by a mule. Then I just felt lousy for a couple of days.

Go to the hospital straight away and get a shot so the vomiting will stop.

I will go to the doctor and ask what happen! I will do whatever the doctor said so the poison get away from me! But, I never get the food poison before XD

Take your pillow, and your quilt & settle in the bathroom for between 2-24 hours.

You should first go to the doctor and see if it is really bad.

Stop eating at that place.

Dear Victoria,
For most cases of food poisoning, where symptoms involve severe diarrhea and vomiting, it's always a smart idea to replace lost fluids by frequently sipping clear liquids such as water, juice, broth, or bouillon. For the safety and well being of those around you, you might want to consider visiting your local drugstore and picking up an anti-diarrhea medication to help prevent the loss of nutrients.
When self-treatment isn't enough: seek medical attention if you experience:
# Diarrhea that lasts longer than 24 hours
# Vomiting that lasts longer than 12 hours
# Blood in your stool
# Persistent fever

Ok. I hope you will glad with my answer.
Takecare there.
Sincerely,
