Put like vicks in a pan with hot water put a towel over your head and breathe in the vapors.
put your nose in a sucking pipe of a vacuum cleaner and blow. While the thing is turned on, and sucking.
go to walgreens or cvs and purchase Affrin. Seriously, it is the BEST stuff out there, will clear you right up! You can also try a netti pot also if you dont want to use nose spray.
Put Vicks under your nose. It works relly well!
Take a bite of a really hot pepper. Your eyes will water and your nose will run and clear up almost immediately.
Blow it and take an antihistamine, like Benadryl or Contac

Another vote for Afrin. I've had sinus problems all my life, and that's the one thing that *always* works.
The only hitch is that you're advised not to use it around the clock more than 3 days, or every night more than 6, or you can become dependent on it.
Neti pots are good only if the problem is mucus in the nose itself or in the sinuses on either side of the nose. If upper sinuses are involved, it's worthless. Some people can't get past the I'm-drowning aspect of it.
Heat up one room...preferably your bathroom. Turn on the heat and get into a hot tub.. the warmer the water the better. Soak in that and then go outside immediatly afterwards. The need for now is fresh air. My guess is that your house has been closed up and you need that good ole fashioned fresh air. Also try hot packs applied to the sinuses. A really hot cup of tea might help as well.. try hot tea with lemon and honey. Sounds like you just need really fresh air and get out of the house.
Get Afrin Severe Congestion. There's menthol or something in it, and it feels freaking FANTASTIC when you are all stuffed up. If you use it for too long (more than a few days) it can make things worse, so don't go crazy!
