What does tackie cardie mean when it come to your heart rate/ blood presure?!

Question: Tachy means fast.
Tachycardia is a fast herat rhythm.
In other words "normal" heart rates for an average person is 60-100. So anything abouve 100 beats per minute is tachycardia.
However runners, and athletes normally have a lower heart rate. So maybe in the 90's would be tachycardia.
Or some disease cause faster than normal heart rates.
So heart rates for that patient could be 120's or above.
