Pimplesss?!

Question: A little while ago my chest and back broke out with a tonnn of gross pimples. I started using that Neutrogena body acne scrub thing about a week or two ago.

Should I leave the stuff on for a minute or two to soak up the oils? Should I do it once, or twice a day? And lastly, how long do you think it will take for them to go away?
