I have a deep pimple on my chin?!

Question: it's red and it hasn't come to a head and it hurts when i touch it.I have spring pictures on friday.How do i make it come to a head so i can pop it or make it go away? :/ thanks!

A hot compress can help bring it out to pop, and a dab of rubbing alcohol can usually help dry it up so it subsides. Don't do both, pick one.

after you have washed your face, then squiz it out..
