Nicotine patch?!
Question: this is my 1st day any advice? I am actually very nervous about the patch lol. i think i am driving myself crazy with te side effects. i did however start to feel a little nauseous and i got the shakes a little and a rapid heartbeat~ all about 2 hours after putting the first one one. almost felt like i was having an anxiety /panic attack.anyone else have sympoms like these whil e on the patch?i know some of them are side effects and what not. i took the patch off and want to put anoter one on now~
yeah i am not sure how i like the patch. i wish i could do it cold turkey. i called the pharmacy and he said i could put a new one on so i did.
it does help with cravings but the side effects suck!!!

side effects do suck, I'm doing the patch, basically its best to put the patch on when u wake up, and if you still get the side effects, perhaps the dosage might be to strong for you, you can always buy a lower dosage so you can minimize the side effects...
