Been abroad one day, came back ill - need help badly...!?!
Question: Hiya, I went to Boulogne on a day trip with my school and I had to be there by 5.30AM. I was perfectly fine on the journey, but when I came home, I felt terrible. My nose has been seriously blocked (ESPECIALLY at night) and my throat has been hurting horribly. Nose keeps on running, yet it stays blocked. Next day at school, about two other girls had the same problem. Any help? I can't sleep.

you were sick before you left get some rest and drink plenty of fluids
