Yes most people, but If you haven't catched it as a kid, as an adult you can catch the most virulent kind of chicken pox, it's ZONA, it's not the little pimples of chicken pox anymore, its big patches of skin, like a herpes kind of skin problem...

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chicken pox are very common. In fact, some parents deliberately expose their children to other kids with chicken pox so they catch it while they are. When you are an adult, they come in the form of "shingles" which is understand is not very pleasant. Chicken Pox is not a disease that is going away because of vaccines and is also not something to be feared in a child.
