Actually, people can live with Klinefelter's syndrome. It's an aneuploidy syndrome which means that they inherit one too many sex chromosomes from the parents. They have two x's and one y (XXY). Where as the normal male has only one x and one y (XY). It happens about 2:1000 male births. Some common characteristics are: male genitalia and ducts; normal testes but sterile; tall; long appendages; slight breasts; wide hips; and below normal intelligence.
