The bottom of my left foot is really rosy, what doesn this mean?!

It most likely means that you placed too much pressure on this foot without realizing it.
For example, you may have used it more while standing still for a while. Also, check your shoes. Pressure points on both feet aren't always the same.

hhhmmm... you have to be more elaborative. does it hurt? is it swollen? hot to touch? do you have fever? do you smoke? are you diabetic? any history of heart or vascular problem in the family? give me more info perhaps i can help. all the best
