What natural sweteners are there that are suitable for diabetics?!

stevia you can find it at health stores or grow your own.
The best popular sweetener is Splenda. Don't use Sweet & Low or Extra Lite or something. Don't use anything that contains aspartame!
splenda tastes pretty normal ... i don't taste the difference honestly ... and i always bake with it now
Unfortunitely, all artifical sweetners have health side effects. I have been useing Nutrasweet for years, now I read horror stories about it's effect on the muscular system, pain, etc.
