Hey I feel your pain just this past Friday I went to a dermatologist . He gave me a perscription for Clarifoam.This is to be used once in the morning and once at night. Your face should be completely clear by the beginning of 4 weeks. This sounds like a long time but believe me it is totally worth it.And if you have dark spots due to acne scars you can use EpiQuin Micro(expensive as HELL about,$105 a tube) but walgreens has a product wih the same ingredients (Black and White bleaching cream w/ hydroquinone < powerful ingredient) which only cost $5.99.

i use pro-active. it really works... the first week or two was rough but after that my skin started clearing up really fast... the only downside is that its kinda expensive. but i think there is a sale going on now. and clean and clear spot treatment and even toothpaste works well on emergency zits... hope it helps.
It depends on what kind....cystic really needs to be treated by a dermatologist but the occassional pimple can be treated by lots of overthe counter remedies.
