for a quick solution, just wash it with your cleanser, then put on a dab of pimple cream for like, an hour. lastly apply some concealer.
if you have $70.00, get a zeno acne treatment device you can use it on the pimple & it will go away within like, 5 minutes. it works by applying a little heat to the zit & then the swelling & redness will disappear as well

Keep a warm, very wet compress on it and constantly change the water in your compress, keeping it warm, wet and against your face for as long as possible. This should drain and remove the redness.
