STD Results?!
Question: I got back my STD results and they all came negative.
This girl I'm seeing wants to see them,
but I'm not sure if they're official because its hand written
and doesn't have a doctors signature on it.
in other words, it looks as though I could have just
wrote down all these things.

Would they be official or would I need a print out-

should I ask my doctor for an official copy?

If it has your doctor's name anywhere on the form or is on a letterhead, it is official. Test results do not have to have a doctor's signature on them in order to be official. This note was probably send by his nurse at his direction.
First your copy result is not clear
Second if you received it from your lab so it will your refeerence
so be happy you are free as you said
