it sounds like an ingrown hair you have....i would try popping it until the puss comes out so it will go away....it sometimes happens from shaving...
it can be an ingrown hair you got after shaving. just make sure to use a sharp razor that is very clean.

Been there, done that. I call those "the lost pimples", like they were suppose to show up in the normal locations but got lost somehow. I hate those.
its prlly a farunkle u dont wanna pop it cause it can get infected and will hurt like hell .... but you put a hot towel over it not to hot but just hot enough to pull the puss out do this for about 3-4 days it will go away but will leave a mark ... Repeat dont pop it u will be in serious pain ..
wats a vagina, it sound like it could be a heat pimmple, sometimes taht area gets real hot, its a perfect breading ground for bacteria, and a pimple needs heat to grow, and moisture, its nothing, hope i can helpp u
