How long does it take to show symptoms after being exposed to a stomach virus?!

Question: My son had a stomach virus almost 48 hours ago; no one else in the home has shown symptoms since then; how much longer until we're in the clear?

When you have stomach virus you may have these symptoms:

nausea
vomiting
stomach cramps
diarrhea
mild fever
fatigue
chills
loss of appetite
muscle aches.
The illness may develop over a period of hours, or it may suddenly start with stomach cramps, vomiting, or diarrhea

if these occur well you know whats going to happen remember drink plenty of fluids so you wone get dehydrated and usually the Virus lasts 3 days most!
