What happens if some one who has diabets eats some thing they are not supposed t!

Question: That would mean whatever it is I would eat was way too much and very high in carbs. The result would be high blood glucose levels, perhaps enough to make me sick. If I were to keep it up over time, the high blood glucose levels could damage some major organs.

But, the my would be to not do that at all.

Best Wishes.

it's not that we aren't supposed to have the food, we can eat anything as long as we use it in moderation, we can have chocolate, but like 1 Hershey's Kiss, not the entire bag, use common sense, read the labels and eat proper servings~ when my blood sugar is high, I get sleepy, it affects me more by being low, shakes, sweat, nausea~ I have found that stress will spike my sugar much faster than the old candy bar, good luck!

we die

Diabetes is a silent killer.
The treatment of diabetes starts from Dietary control, daily exercise, some oral medication (antidiabetec drugs)and Insulin is last.
So if you miss the very first step for treatment of diabetes then you have to move to step above it

No food is bad in and of itself. It is usually the amounts of it some people eat. And as each of us is unique and individual, the way the foods treat us is equally unique and individual.

If I eat a couple of those baby carrots my glucose number will spike way high, but my friend can eat all she wants and it doesn't do much more than maybe a glass of water does.

I am the only person who can tell me that I can't have this food or that food. If it makes me sick, I won't have it next time it is offered.

High glucose numbers give me a sick headache.

dont listen to bebote now we can eat stuff like regular people do but just not as much and we can also put our own twist on what regular people eat as well now if we eat way too much of sweets then we are at great risk of Kidney damage and amputation but if we eat it in moderation or just fix it so that we can eat it then we are alright.but if we just eat something that we are not supposed to just in a little while then we also have to monitor our sugars

With me, if I eat something that I'm not supposed to (cookies, etc.), I get extremely sluggish, followed by hot flashes and excessive trips to the bathroom. It usually takes me about a day or so to flush the excess sugars out of my system.
