If you have the medical conditions you claim, then weight gain is not in your best interest. Your immediate problem is that bleeding ulcer - it needs to be cured. A physician's prescription for a certain antibiotic is the cure. Start at your doctor's office.
With all those things going on get your nutritional direction from your doctor. Things that can help you gain weight can set off your diabetes. And you have to be really careful with a bleeding ulcer. Sounds like some therapy could help you get your stress level down so you don't make your high blood pressure and bleeding ulcers worse. good luck
