Theres a type of insect (tiny not visible) that does this, usually found in warm areas. you can pass it on to other people. easiest way to discribe it is like nits, but on skin, go to your doctor, its easily treatable.
Could be anything go to the chemist and get an anti-histamine this at least will take the itch out. If rash persists see a doctor
