Does 'oil pulling' work?!

Question: I am suffering from Keratosis Pilarus or better known as 'Chicken Skin'. So far nothing has worked for me and I have had this condition now for about 15yrs. I read about 'oil pulling' on some site, but could find no reference if it actually works... Anyone tried it before and if so, did it help?
