Why do dark skin people want no color just black or blue tattooes?!
Question: when a dark skin person gets a tattoo you really cant see it so why do you think they get it and dont say cause they want one. the lighter the skin the better you can see it if you have to strian to see it cause the skin is so dark i think its a waste of time and money

You know how when when you dye hair a lighter color it has to be bleached? Same with tattoos - It's hard to cover dark with light unless the dark is stripped first. And I don't know of anyone who wants to do that to their skin.
Tats are personal - If you want to know ask them.
That is their business and right to have one! I have seen many dark skinned people with tattoos who show very well!
