A Good Children's Hospital and docter for my daughter?!
Question: That specializes in EEG,EKG,MRI,and Echo or has department for some of those---- P.S IN OHIO! Thanks! My daughter got injured during some of her heart tests :( Also do you know any good doc's who specialize in one or more of those . All is appreciated.

Hi i hope your daughter is OK. Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus is great, but be prepared for a long wait unless it's really serious or is an emergency. Children's has several Close To Homes all over. When I was at the Close To Homes I it felt much more at home then those really big hospitals. It'll make you daughter feel at home even though she's going through a tough time with her health, plus it's usually easier to get into than Nationwide Children's Hospital. On the doctors, most doctors at Nationwide Children's Hospital and just around can recommend a doctor for your daughters condition. I hope your daughter gets well! :)
if you live in Northern Ohio think about the UM Hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan (where I went from age 3-18 for a rare condition in my leg)...I know they specialize in other things but not quite sure...Also, before my parents knew about the UM Children's Hospital I went to a hopsital in Cincinnati. Don't know the name of it though, or even if it was a Children's Hospital but pretty sure it was a good one. Hope this helps.
not sure how far it is for you to travel but the children's hospital of philadelphis is one of the best in the country. i've sent tons of my peds patients there and they've had amazing results. can't name just one dr. the ones thay have there are all tops in their respective fields and the hospital hires only the best of the best. from there you could try st jude's in memphis but they are better equipped to handle cancer patients than heart but they also have an excellent crop of drs.
I work at Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia and I wouldnt take my child anywhere else. I am a CT Tech and work with all the departments you have named. All top notch. Also, my sister had open heart surgery there. She is now 15 and living a full and healthy life.
What exactly is your daughters injury? Maybe I could steer you to the right area.
