i honestly think that the government created aids. i think that they were trying to create their own type of german warfare and somehow it got out and infected alot of people. once they realized what aids could really do, they decided to let the infecton spread as a way to reduce the population as well as make money off of the people who are getting treated. But God did creat man.
By definition, God created HIV, since he is God. All things come from God.
As to why he would create such a horrible disease, who knows - seems a rather cruel way to die to me.
It's certainly not an effective population control, so he didn't do that. If that's what he had in mind, he stuffed it up.
