it's normal for people with lighter skin tones..Mine does the same thing.. When you exercise your blood starts pumping faster. That's all it is blood vessels in your face.. Don't worry.. Try putting cold rags on your face after you exercise :)

You probably have high blood pressure.

I know what you mean. Sorry, there's nothing you can do about it. But don't let it bother you because working out is very very important.

its just genetic.. i have a friend whos face is like a friggin cherrie everytime she walks like a block..

You must have very pale skin...it is normal for you, there is nothing to do about it, except cool down...

loll. i have nooooo idea..but the same thing happens to me...my face gets BRIGHT red...its not like im overweight or anything like that..so its just sooo weird..whateverrr sooo weird.

ps. im really white too! haha

oh..and its NOT high blood pressure..mine is perfectly fine..its happened since i was little!

Do you take vitamins with niacin? This can cause the blood capilaries to open up and make the face be flushed.

same thing happens to me
even if i drink a hot drink (like hot chocolate)

so ive concluded the blood goes to our faces faster than every1 elses

i like the other answers of high blood pressure
im going to try asking my doctor next tim ei see him

Your blood if flowing that is good thing

get some niacin from the grocery store in the vitamin section and take two or three at a time for three days, that should help

Maybe it is because when you exercise, your heart pumps faster and the blood rushes through your body faster and your face is the place where it cannot move as fast as the rest of your body. My face gets like that and I do not have high blood pressure as I am tested for it monthly.

It really is a sign of dehydration. You need to drink every hour and during exercise as well. Also, if you are fair skinned it will be more pronounced. It can happen to anyone and will go away 15-20 minutes after exercise. The good thing is that you are exercising anyway.
