Is night nurse any good for a head cold, such as ear eache, sore throat and bloc!

Question: nothing seems to work.. i aint tryed night nurse yet though.. i brought sum 2day hopefully it works..
will it work if and will i can relive from ear ache, sore throat, stuffy nose and a full head?
also does it make u go to sleep? i dont mean it just ,makes u drowsey and u dont fall asleep

If it's anything similar to Vicks NyQuil, then it'll sure put you to sleep.
