Don't get too worried about it. Scabs, especially facial scabs, can sometimes take quite awhile to heal. I guess it would be good to put, on some of what was mentioned in the above, but be patient and consistent. And whatever you do, no NOT pick at it or even touch it for that matter.

Use some topical antiseptic and keep it moist. Don't pick it.
Keep it covered and use neosporin.
