Bridesmaid dress with chest defornity?!
Question: I have pectus excavatum severely bad. I hide it very well, most people don't know I have it. I've told most of my friends about it, but they still don't understand how badly it effects what I wear ect. My friend recently asked me to be in her wedding. I am so excited and I feel priveledged, but the dress is a strapless tube style dress. Anyone w. pectus knows this isn't going to stay up, and you'll be able to see straight down it. I know a few tricks I'm gonna try to make it work. Anyone else have this dissorder and can make a dress like this work? What do you suggest. I'm assuming I wont get too many answers for this one, but I thought I'd try.

Actresses use double sided sticky tape to hold their revealing garments in place, keeping them from being too revealing. I don't know how heavy the dress is, maybe the bride can make an exception and allow you to wear a similar dress with straps.
Also, ask in the Beauty and Style section. They may have ideas and know where to get what you need, like the sticky tape.
