Has anyone had experience with MYOFASCIAL RELEASE??!


Question: Im planning on going to the Myofascial Release Treatment Center in Sedona,Arizona. I would Greatly appreciate it if anyone who has had gone/known someone who went to one of the treatment centers, would give some insight [mostly HOW DOES IT WORK?]

By the way, Im going for treatment for Scoliosis.
