Itchy breasts?!

Question: I've had itchy breasts for a few weeks now. They're sensitive and when I scratch they obviously become red. The part that is more itchy is the nipple. I've tried Aveeno and HydroCortisone, only for temporary relief though. Could it just be winter eczema? I live where it gets to -30 celsius almost everyday...

It's driving me insane! Help! I'm going for my physical in a few weeks and I will ask my Dr....but in the meantime, any suggestions?

P.S. Pregnancy is ruled out...

dry itchy nipples, unless just from winter weather, is not a good sign, can be sign of hormone changes due to breast cancer. also diabetes can cause this and thyroid disease...needless to say, do not scratch

believe it or not...semen....it's the protein that helps.

It could be winter eczema, or it could actually be a yeast infection. This can happen from moisture trapped near the breast. Check into that, too.

Is it cold where your at? Might be the weather, your breast aren't exempt from dry skin. Also it might be either the bra your wearing or the detergent your using. Hope this helps

It means they're growing. Seriously!

Are you keeping plenty insulation over them. A thick coat is not as thick in the area where your breasts push out. If you have cold weather than remember that the front of you coat needs to keep you warm. Take a calamine tea bag and make a cup of tea. Use the bag to wash your skin.
Have you changes the laundry soap?
Get some Burt's Bees hand cram and rub it in. Bee balms and vitamin E (open a capsule and rub it on) should help too.
