No, but trust me, I am walking allergy. This sounds like your common allergy to sultana bran. The same thing happens when I eat cashews or touch bunnies. This isn't a severe allergy case, but if your leg is starting to swell or anything like that see a doctor. In the meantime, you should stop eating that particular cereal. If you would want to know further information on what particular ingrediant you are allergic to in that cereal (so that you can avoid it) I suggest you see an allergist for an allergy test.
