If you go to a local pharmacy they may refer you to your doctor who would be the best bet at this point to diagnose the symptom. Does it itch? Does it burn? Does it resemble a bite? Other than being a red dot are there any other adverse reactions? If this is a serious question I'd also be concerned if it may be an early sign of MRSA.
