Nope, moles are permanent. The only way to remove them is through surgical excision, since the pigmentation extends all the way down through the layers of the skin to the basement membrane. The scar from removal of a mole may be worse than the mole itself, unless you have a skilled surgeon.
You should go to an experienced dermatologist before you try to remove moles. You wouldn't want to mess with something that might actually be melanoma.
