Every time i have to get a shot i freak out even though it never hurts!what shou!
Question: I have this same problem. Idk what it is, but I end up crying BEFORE i get the shot. What I try to do, (my doctor has juice boxes) so I always ask for that and focus on drinking it more then the shot. I also try to do breathing exercises, but it never works. So maybe try the juice box trick.
