Help my vagina is in alot of pain :(?!
Question: I'm like crying right now. I'm going to the doctor soon because I think I have herpes which is very upsetting because I've only had 2 sex partners in my life.
For some reason when I try to pee, it wont come out, and it really hurts. Someone please tell me whats wrong with me, my doctor appointment is in 2 hours andI cant wait til then. Do I have cancer or something? My vagina really hurts, I'm in tears and I took a shower to see if it would help me pee but it only hurt my sores. HELP

A bad case of herpes outbreak can cause painful urination. Doctors do say to urinate in a bath to help ease the pain. Sa maybe thats worth trying if it helps the slightest. And also, don't stop drinking fluids, which is a mistake many people make. The more water you drink, the more dilute the urine will be and will hurt far less and hence urinating willl become much easier. Hope it helps. Good luck.
It might be a urinary track infection; those things can be hell but can be cleared up with antibiotics fairly quickly. A major sign of them is not being able to pee..... I'm guessing that's what it is. Good Luck.
It could be herpes but even if it is... there is medicine that helps reduce outbreaks and its not something you will die from... you can still have a normal life... did you use protection? If so you really have less to worry about... not being able to pee is serious but does NOT mean its an std could be from medication or soemthing else like UTI (urinary track infection) so dont worry even in the "worst case senario" you will be fine! It's okay hun - just breathe and relax. Honestly, it sounds like you have either a urinary tract infection or a bladder infection; very easy for the doctor's to treat you with. Most std's only cause burning sensation when you are urinating, not stops you from urinating all together.
As for your sores, do you have blisters and when you urinate the sores burn or is it you cannot urinate do to a sharp pain as you are almost finished urinating? Either way, the doctor will be able to help you and I wish I could help more.

i'm sorry to tell u but sounds like with the sores and all u may have herpes. all it takes is one time unprotected and u can get something. a bad outbreak of herpes could come with lots of pain and bladder or urinary tract infections. please get to the doctor and let them have a look they can give u some medicatioon which will help.
