when you are a junky all you care about is your next score, nothing else matters, not even washing. You are consumed by your drug.
Because you're stinky and old. Hypocrite.
I assume this is a serious question...well I think for the same reason alcoholics look old, alcohol and drugs do free radical damage to your body. So does smoking.
