I have the worst immune system how can i improve it??!


Question: i am always catching everything especially stomach viruses and it takes me almost a week to recover when it takes others 24-36 hours! i need ideas...(vitamins,foods, to eat) please

The very first thing you need to do is be sure that you are washing your hands ALOT! Each time you touch a door knob, telephone, keyboard you are exposing yourself to a million different germs. Keep some hand sanitizer with you so that you can disinfect your hands after using these items. The next thing is to keep your hands away from your face. Following some very basic hygene rules will help prevent more illnesses then you think. If you know that someone is feeling poorly, stay away for a few days. Try these things first, before you start taking a million different pills.

hit the gym....

vitamin C and vitamin A. google it to find out what fruits have these

Take vitamins, echinecia (sp) vitamin C pills.
Exercise EVERY DAY for at least 30 minutes
Wash your hands frequently
eat healthy - lots of fruit and veggies
get good nights sleep!

Vitamin C and zinc.. i take these every time i feel like i'm catching something and it usually helps me get over it quickly and not get as sick. Take them with food though, because zinc will make you sick on an empty stomach.

Take vitamin c pills. Drink lots of water and take a multivitamin every day. Eat lots of garlic.
If you're getting lots of stomach viruses maybe it's not viruses but rather bacteria. Try eating that special yogurt with bifidus regularis or whatever it's called. You can "crowd out" the bad bacteria with good bacteria. Acidophilus pills work too. This worked for my stomach ulcers which were caused by the bacteria Helicobactyr pylori (H. Pylori).

Poor you! I am no expert but I would suggest eating healthily and drinking plenty of water. Taking daily vitamin supplements would help too (I take vitamin c tablets which dissolve in your drink).

If you are a smoker, quit.... along with excessive drinking.

yougurt and a lot of vitimans C and all the B's especially B6 B12 and folic acid.

You need 3000 mgs of vitamin c daily
30 mgs of zinc daily

these two things will help your immune system

but if you were to do chi kung or some type of martial arts, it would help you much more

Eat better and take care of yourself.You may want to stay away from places like hospitals or daycare centers,kids are walking germs.

make sure you are taking a good multi vitamin.

eat healthy, fruits and veggies, proteins, ect.

Also, try not to over medicate when you do get sick, that will help to strengthen your immune system. ie. Avoid taking decongestant when you have a cold for as long as possible.

Wash your hands a lot with warm water and soap. try to avoid the Anti bacterial soaps, they are helping to create super viruses that are resistant to anti bacterial stuff.

Get enough sleep, exercise daily (that builds up your immune system), detox in the sauna as well, take a multivitamin, also some fish oil is good daily. Eat wholesome foods like vegetables, fruits, fish, lean meats, soy, rye bread, oatmeal. Limit your intake of processed foods and you'll be much stronger! good luck!

No. Firstly you never think that you have worst immune system. God has created all of us to live healthy, wealthy and happily. Try these measures,
1. Take only pure water. You should know how to get pure.
2. Avoid foods outsite at least for a month,
3. Wash your hands all the time you take something,
4. Avoid touching you eyes, nose, lips or other parts open to air,
5. Do exercise daily in such a way that you breathe fast,
6. Alternatively, you can walk for at least 20 minutes daily in fresh air
7. Try Yoga, you can locate site where free Yoga is taught.
8. Take more and more fresh vegetables (of course Little cooked so as to make it light and tasty.
9. Take fresh fruits daily at least 2.
10. Feel happy. Read jokes and tell others.
11. Recall good memories and enjoy the moments of happiness you ever had in life.
12. Forgive guilty and bad people.
13. Take night meal little early.
14. Avoid ready made foods.
15. You may like to have plenty of fresh juices and boiled vegetable juice.
I hope within a month you will smile like a pretty flower.

You sound like me! I always get sick, and sometimes that reason causes me to be inactive in school and activities. I started taking Vitamin C and Zinc everyday for 3 months now and I have not gotten sick once. I'm really serious.
You can get zinc and Vitamin C at any drug store or Wal Mart. They are over the counter and do not cost much. You take it everyday preferably after a meal. Also, Zinc boost your immune system so try to take it on a regular basis. Good luck!
