Does hiv show up on a std test?!
Question: hiv tests are done through a blood test and different std's are tested differently. the doctor decides which test are needed to be ordered depending on your symptoms and of what you tell the doctor
less partners, less chances of geting hiv. always use condoms when having sex unless your very sure that the other person is clean and make sure you and your partner get tested once in a while (depending of what the doctor recomends) to be sure your fine.

There is nothing called an STD test. HIV shows up on an Elisa assay for HIV virus. Likewise, there is a separate test for each STD, not a STD test.
No, it does not show up on a pap smear. You usually have your blood taken to see if you are HIV positive.
