Question: ok....so people say this guy @ school has herpes. they say he got it by making out with another guy.is this true?can this happen?

yes that can happen if the person he was making out with had a cold sore (they are considered oral herpes) at the time. they are contagious and can be passed by making out with someone.

yea you can contract herpes from kissing someone, its just like a contagious cold sore

yes it can happen. if that guy had an outbreak at the time of making out then yes. you dont always have to have an outbreak to transfer it to your partner. some people dont have any outbreaks at all and have the herpes virus.
