Will scars/raised scars eventually disappear and fade out over time/disappear?!
Question: Yes, but it depends on the person. the scars will decrease size naturally over time, but probably won't disapeear. you can use a scar removing cream sold at a local pharmacy over the counter, and aplly that to speed healing.

some do some don't use neosporin and skin toner(neutrogena makes a good one) use it every night. It will help fade them
Some do but usually not. I had one on my hand when I was a kid and it is nearly invisible to anyone that see my hand. I know where it is 'cause it is my hand.
sometimes, but there's a skin cream out there called maderma, that helps your scar fade. i was involved in a car wreck 2 years ago and my left hand was scarred up a little by the glass, but a month later, i realized i was going to have these scars on my hand forever and at physical therapy session i had to have one day my trainer told me that maderma does wonders. i bought it, used it religiously, and the scars faded, barely leaving a hint.
