Accutane/acne question...?!

Question: i was thinking of going on accutane for my acne. i have extremely oily skin and mild acne. i am currently on an oral antibiotic and i am starting birth control pill next week. what should i do? should i wait to 2 months for the birth control and the current oral antibiotic i'm taking, and if in 2 months, no improvement, start accutane. or just start the accutane?

I'd wait two months if I were you. Accutane will REALLY dry your skin out. It's a good drug but you have to be very careful about not getting pregnant, seeing your dermatologist on time every month, getting your blood test every month, answering your questions online every month.....it's quite a hassle but like I said, it's a good drug and it's worth it if you are willing to go through all of that.
