Am I sick? Have a disease?!
Question: I get this weird taste in the back of my throat. Almost like feces. It doesn't happen at any particular time, it just does. It happened a couple of months ago, and happened once a day for a week, and then went away. Now it's happening again. Is it Sinus Drainage? Am I sick? Anyone know?

It could be a number of things. A few of the possibilities are: sinus infection that drains down the back of your throat, acid reflux, a side effect from an antibiotic, a side effect from an over-the-counter medication (pepto bismol can do this) a thrus infection, an abscessed tooth....
As you can see, there are alot of possibles. If it keeps happening, you might want to get it checked out by a doctor. If it doesn't keep happening, then forget about it. It was self-limiting problem and has solved itself.

Very possible that it's sinus related. If you have post nasal drip it can make your throat taste awful.
You may have a serious sinus infection. You could also have thrush. You should get this checked out by a doctor ASAP if it continues.

Im nto sure if you're sick but it might just be somethign youa re eating, or drinking not sure. But go on google and search around. if it perrsists go to the doctors and if not then you're cured ! goodluck

you may have digestive worms or some kind of parasite you get when you eat someting that wasnt washed.
the same thing is going on with my brother in law... he is in the hospital right now... they don't know what exactly he is haveing... he is in really bad condition.. If you are getting headaches i recommend you go to the doctor.... trust me it'll be worth it

it sounds like sinus drainage. if you've been stopped up, couldn't breath very good, tooth ache or ear ache it could be sinus drainage. that stuff is foul. also fyi ear, throat, nose and eyes are all connected. so you could have a tooth ache that in turn could get infected and go to the sinus cavities and then give you a sinus infection as well. don't get ignore if it gets worse or continues get checked out when it next occurs.
You might have acid reflux. research about it and see. :)
