Help please?!
Question: I know my spelling is horrible,i do apologize,any way i wake up in the night and cant breath,it's so scary i do smoke some ciggs and p_t i dont smoke p-_t much,mabey once a month,i do smoke ciggs every day,but not to many mabey 8 or 10,is there a name for this condition? Please don't just write quit smoking,i know that plays a part in this probelem.

i'd say take a class because you seem to be addicted 8 to 10 is alot. and if you wake up and can't breath that's a sign of you should quit before something bad happens. i live with a bunch of smokers and one had a heart attack before the age of 50
I would go ahead and go to the doctor to get checked out. It could be a sleep disorder or the beginings of some serious lung issues. Trust me don't put it off. I just got out of the hospital a week ago because my lungs were trying to go caput. Good luck and see someone!
