burnt iswhen u get physically in touch with fire, blisters are when is like a spot (usually on ur foot) and when u burst it water comes out of it, u would usually get blisters on ur foot if u wear new shoes without socks.

Second degree burns are deeper, causing damage to the epidermis and partail damage to the dermis, including the blood vessels. They cause blisters, and are painful. The fluid inside a blister is called serum.
