Please help me!!?!
Question: starting from march, i felt like i was gunna throw up. then my doc diagnosed me with gastritis, and for like the past 3 weeks ive been feeling good....but for like 6 days already....i felt really nauseos and the top of my stumach has been hurting! it actually felt as if its streaching or massaging...and my stumach has been grumbling and the bootom of stumach sumtimes hurts and sumtimes i feel like i reaally need to use the bathroom the ROUGH way and it feels like so fast like i have like diaharria or s/ting. but i dont! and sumtimes im like sonstipated. i know its gross but i need help! please!

hey you should get tested for any parasites, because it can be your water that is infected. my son was going to a daycare and was diagnose with a parasite that lives in tap water and his sympthoms were similar to yours.i can't remember the name of it but go to the doctor now and get tested for this before it ends you up in the hospital due to dehydration.....
