Lead Poisoning?!
Question: well my sister got really mad at me for something and scratched me on my hand, not the palm, by the index finger. and it was a mechinacal pencil. i in fact did bleed but not alot, and there is also alittle lead on where i was bleeding and i cant get it out, it's not a peice of lead though its like a mark. i am cleaning my hand alot. is there ay chance of lead poisining?

no , zero. doesn't use lead, uses graphite, don't worry about it, clean it once and leave it alone. You might get a "tattoo" my and friends have multiple from childhood accidents with pencils) i got one on my hand it will be ok.
Pencil lead is made out of graphite which is pure carbon. So you haven't been exposed to lead at all.
