Pooooooor you, keep sipping hot herbal teas with licorice and echinacea, and mint, boost your immune system with Vitamins A, C and E, get all the sleep you can to let your body heal, do not have any dairy products. Stay home if you can and work on your projects....flu season is terrible. Good Luck. ohhhh yes, wash your hands after blowing your nose , and before touching anyone or after hand shakes or when other folks touch you. Best way to avoid another infection outside of a bubble.

VeeBee's got some good advice.

One thing that I find helpful is a humidifier in my room at night. I'll take a warm bath - that's relaxing, and the steam is good for your voice and nose.

Fluids - power down those fluids - gatorade, chicken soup (really!) and water. The water will keep your phlegm moving more easily. Lots of time just keeping hydrated will make you feel better.

And rest your poor body. Get some sleep!
