3 months ago I had sexual contact with a permiscuous female?!
Question: Ever since I have had a saliva like discharge. I went to my neighborhood doctor and he pull a "you are mastubating to much" deal on me. Well I haven't mastubated since and the problem still occurs (no real pain or burning sensation, just a little discomfort and the discharge) my mother said it could have been my diet of junk, junk, and more junk. I have stopped drinking soda that often and try not to eat to much sugary foods. I am worried about this because I have a girlfriend now (and she keeps hinting me on) and I keep pulling out of it. I don't want her to think I'm a prude.

If you have a discharge then you have an infection. It is probably NSU.
Your doctor has been extremely irresponsible. He should have taken your problem more seriously.
You are being extremely irresponsible if you have any sort of sexual contact with anyone before it is cleared up. You will be prescribed antibiotics, and it will go away. Until then - no sex. Please get this treated as soon as possible.
i would go to planned parenthood if i were you. they are wonderful and won't give you the "you've been masturbating too much" line. they are a great resource for men and women.

Honestly, don't listen to the person that said you might have prostate cancer. While urinating a lot before sleep is a sign of prostate cancer, there's more to it than that.....if you have any of these symptoms:
* Having difficulty starting your urine stream. This is called hesitancy.
* Having a weaker than normal urine stream.
* Being unable to urinate at all.
* Having to urinate often.
* Feeling that your bladder is not emptying completely when you urinate.
* Having to get up at night to urinate. This is called nocturia.
* Having pain or a burning feeling when you urinate. This is called dysuria.
* Having blood in your urine. This is called hematuria.
* Having blood in your semen. This is called hematospermia.
* Having a deep pain in your lower back, abdomen, hip, or pelvis.
Then you might have prostate cancer. But I don't think you do from what you are telling us. Especially since it's MOST common in men aging from 60-80. Honestly, go get another doctors opinion or go back and complain some more. Either way, I hope things get better. =]
